Jason Momoa
Jason Momoa rose to international prominence when he was cast to play the role of Khal Drogo in the blockbuster HBO series Game of Thrones. However, this six-foot-three actor has already been in the industry before the show’s premiere.
Momoa, who grew up in Hawaii, was first offered a modeling job by Eric Chandler and Takeo Kobayashi after discovering him in 1998. Then, when he was 19 years old, Momoa began starring in the series Baywatch Hawaii. He starred in a few other titles before becoming the “Arakh” wielding king in Game of Thrones. After bidding farewell to the series, Momoa earned another blockbuster acting credit with DC Studios. Nowadays, the actor is known for his portrayal of Aquaman in the DC film of the same title. He’s also starred with other DC actors in the Justice League series and is set to appear in more superhero films in the years to come.
