Christina Aguilera

Former Mickey Mouse Club member Christina Aguilera went from darling child star to power belter to pop culture icon in a span of 29 years. As a ten-year-old child, Aguilera tried out her luck in the singing competition Star Reach. Unfortunately, she did not win the grand prize, but it surely strengthened her desire to pursue a music career. Then in 1991, eleven-year-old Christina Aguilera auditioned for Disney’s Mickey Mouse Club, where she later starred with Ryan Gosling, Justin Timberlake, and Britney Spears.

During her stay with Disney, Aguilera was given a chance to sing the lead soundtrack for the animated film Mulan titled Reflection. The song broke through the Billboard charts and shot Aguilera to further fame. From that point on, she continued hitting one milestone after another. So far, she has 19 Grammy Awards to her name and that could keep growing given that she is still active in the industry. She’s made some wise investments that allowed her to have a net worth of around $160 million.
