Hilary Duff has certainly changed over the years. During her younger years, she made a name for herself with her role as the titular character in Lizzie McGuire from 2001 to 2004. This made her into a teen idol. During her adult years, she appeared in more dramatic and serious films such as According to Greta, The Haunting of Sharon Tate, and War, Inc. She has also starred a Kelsey Peters in Younger, where she won two People’s Choice Awards. Throughout this, she has taken a swing behind the camera, sometimes producing many of her projects.

Aside from her acting career, she has established successful music and business careers. On the music front, she became well-known for her album Metamorphosis in 2003, which was certified triple platinum. On the business front, she has various investments in fashion and cosmetics brands such as DKNY and GlassesUSA.
