Kate Beckinsale

Kate Beckinsale has been well-known for her diverse acting career. After leaving her studies for a degree in Modern Languages at Oxford, she started her acting career by appearing in British TV shows and, eventually, American TV shows. She became widely known when she starred in Pearl Harbor in 2001. After Pearl Harbor, her other notable films include The Aviator, Serendipity, and Click. She then became an action star by starring in the Underworld series as the lead character Selene. She continued to play the role until 2015.

She returned to drama in 2016 with her casting in Love & Friendship, which received great reviews. Three years later, she made a return to acting on TV after two decades with her appearance in The Widow. Besides acting, Beckinsale pursued a modeling career.
