Patrick Dempsey

While we know him as Dr. Derek “McDreamy” Shepherd on Grey’s Anatomy, Patrick Dempsey has gone a long way in his life and work. Dempsey led a relatively everyday life before being famous for his great hair and one of Hollywood’s best guy smiles. Nonetheless, Dempsey’s McDreamy glow has always been present, and it was only a matter of time before he made a significant statement on both the big and small screens.

Dempsey took his abilities to the screen, and in 1987, he acted in Can’t Buy Me, Love and starred in In the Mood. The actor starred as Andrew Hennings in Sweet Home Alabama, and while he didn’t wind up with the girl, the film marked a new beginning for him. In both his career and appearance, he’s matured like a fine wine and continues to enchant our television screens with his presence. So gas up and prepare for an extra dose of McDreamy, for he is not slowing anytime soon.
